Decor is very nice. The staff at front desk and Bar was very pleasant. The room was big, very clean. Nice coffee machine and ameneties. The matress was to soft for me. They have a drinking water machine at each floor at the elevator, this water is very good.

From the minute I checked into the hotel, the customer service was off the charts. At each touch point, from the goodies in the room, to getting 'customer of the day'. Not sure why, but I got chocolates in my room, water and drink tickets...This was my first time at this hotel and I will be back. The room was very nice, bed comfortable and very quiet...Very good part of town!

Overall a positive experience. Clean, friendly staff, proper elevators, restraunt food excellent etc. Our beds in our first room had old mattresses and were slanted. We moved rooms which was a little inconvenient since we had to pack up our stuff and I was there for medical reasons. The out door pool area had great furtnitire but could us some plant sprucing up as some were dying. Also the restraunt was very dark and dated. But very good food.
