It's my second experience in the hotel, which is very nice and comfortable. Not so easy to find it if you don't know it (but it was not my case). First time, I found the room very comfortable, but this time it was very very noisy (the wall of my room was in front of the elevator + there was a terrible noise arriving from the internal courtyard, probably given by the hotel's machineries). I couldn't sleep properly (the bed is in any case amazing). No availability of international tv (at least in english). No possibility to find the room service menu in english. Neither information on the wifi into the room nor at the moment of the check-in (I needed to inquiry back the receptionist). No one asking for specific beverages during breakfast. Room facilities are good (coffee and tea machine + free water). Valuable the choice to reduce plastic packaging and not provide guests with disposable facilities, as long as possibile.

Everything was perfect, exept that the ketle in the room was broken.
