I was allocated room 314 and the thermostat despite setting to warm condition did not work. Complained to the receptionist and he came and tried all possible conditions and failed, and suggested they could only provide an extra blanket (no change of room!), not sure how having an extra blanket helps the occupants keep warm other than while sleeping! The room was cold throughout our stay. The breakfast options were minimal. Experiencing this type of breakfast option despite staying at ibis previously (Paris and Amsterdam) where breakfast was excellent. Very dissatisfied and not worth the money that was paid.

Hotel was generally as you would expect for the brand. But if you are looking to walk from the terminal to the hotel as I was, select one of the hotels closer to the Sheraton. This is still walkable but it will be about 15-20 whereas the other hotels are 10 minutes. Makes a big difference if you have an early morning flight.
