Stayed here because of proximity to parc Asterix, friendly staff but the hotel is very dated, feels tired, and greasy/grubby/dirty. Rooms smelled mouldy and not clean. Breakfast was chaos, scrambled eggs cold. I try and stay at Accor facilities, and am usually quite pleased with Novotel, but this was well below expectations. Won’t stay here again.

We chose this hotel for the "heated pool" and it was closed! No communication on that. Disappointment especially the kids! Our room was not cleaned very well. On arrival we were greeted with an empty bottle of water in an uncleaned fridge. In the bathroom everything was empty (shower gel, hand wash…). Next day, we went out all day, when we came back, bins were not emptied, dirty cups we had left in the room from breakfast were still there even the empty pizza boxes from the night before were left there! The pizza bought from the hotel tasted like frozen pizza. It was warm and rubbery. Breakfast was small but was good, staff was friendly, nice environment for the kids. Overall, the stay was OK
