Good stay, hotel well located, only very small problems. I recommend an update of the hotel entrance photo on the website. Arriving on foot on a rainy day, we were induced to arrive at the other nearby Ibis Style hotel with a similar façade. I suggest to fix some small problems: Water in the shower changing temperature during all the use, lamps that do not work on the sides of bed, air conditioning does not stabilize the temperature according the setup on the controller.

The room does not correspond to the pictures on the page. They explained to me at the reception that they have demo images on the web. and do not represent actual rooms. So we were in a much worse room than the one we booked according to the pictures. Room keeping is not good. They leave dirty floors and we were looking for things in the room. I gave the rating 3 because of the friendly staff. If they didn't have them, they would get an even worse grade.

While the property is located at a very good location and also we were happy to get our room upon checking in, we were bit disappointed for two issues : 1. On second morning we were extremely surprised to see that there was no hot water in the bathroom and we had to take a wash practically with cold water. The matter was reported to the reception and it was rectified after few hours but taking a cold shower in such a weather was really a difficult experience for us 2. In corridor we noticed that water bottles were given to various rooms. Upon checking at the reception about the same, we were told that two bottles are kept in the room on the day of check-in. However, we were not provided with any such bottles. Don’t know the reason. Apart from these two issues rest of the stay was quite comfortable but definitely not to the standards of Ibis hotels. Request you to kindly take a note of the same and please take corrective actions to avoid such incidents in future.
