Hotel was clean and staff friendly, however not prepared to change our room. Toilets in reception area locked and bar closed at 9 p.m. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Please note that while our bar closes at 9 pm, we offer a range of beverages that can be taken away from the reception area outside these hours. As for the room allocation, we endeavor to accommodate our guests' preferences whenever possible, but this is subject to availability. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. Regarding in-room amenities, we offer tea and coffee making facilities in our premium rooms, and we would be pleased to arrange this for your future visits should you choose this option. Very nice hotel

Service was great!! The hotel employees at the front desk and at the dining area were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but the sheets were a bit old and not 100% clean. It was replaced with clean sheets a day after we arrived. The hotel location is good and not very far from the central area of the city.

The room was clean, comfy beds, but very basic. Unfortunately the windows were so bad that it sounded like the window was open and the noise from the street was constant

Budget hotel

We didn't realize it was a budget hotel at E250/night, so we're disappointed with no fridge, tea services,only 2 towels, noisy bathroom door. The shower was a nice size but the mattresses kept falling off the bed

For future stays, we recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or towards the backside of the hotel, as these are noted to be quieter. Regarding the air cooling system, we are sorry if this did not provide the level of comfort you expected. Our system is designed to maintain a temperature 5 to 10 degrees lower than the outside temperature, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.
