Very clean hotel massive queen bed brilliant staff very helpful. brilliant location for utilita arena 10 minutes straight up along the canal path , pub next door is excellent great drinks choices have a few as arena prices are extortion! The breakfast is ok £8 but no real veg/vegan choice just Beens. No mushrooms or tomato's! Or hash browns but cheap I suppose. Not much choice at bar but very small. We would definitely stay again as so easy for arena.

Stayed overnight on the 5th May, lovely staff, comfy beds, provide and iron + ironing board, hair dryer, conditioner, hair, body and hand wash, glasses, tissues, hangers, kettle, sugar, coffee, tea, 2 mugs, given a flake chocolate bar when entered the room, very clean. would recommend. Nice area, not too far from the Bullring shopping centre.

I am an Accor Silver member, and the Birmingham Styles was a pleasant experience which displayed the Accor Hallmarks I like. After attending a trade show at the NEC I had events in central Birmingham to attend in the evening. The location was excellent, as were the staff, especially Miguel on recepton. I love Accor showers and the car park was excellent. All in all, another great Accor stop over.

Veterans reunion all of them had a good stay we've stayed in ibis basic Birmingham before not good stay not a bad if possible a deal with group booking would be nice

Only stayed over Friday evening until Sunday morning. But the staff were brilliant the breakfasts were blinking lovely and the restaurant staff were mega quick to clean up after us. I really do RECOMMEND this hotel.
