Basic room, no coffee/tea facilities in room, noisy room, below average breakfast

Please note that our standard rooms do not include coffee/tea facilities. But we have a kettle and a microwave in the lobby for our guests to use free of charge. Locked out of room for 1hr due to defective door lock

Hotel was generally as expected for an Ibis, however, I was locked out of my room for around 1hr after the door lock became defective and the hotel had to call a technician to open the room. I then was moved to a different room. I asked for an adjustment on my bill which the staff member said he would look into but this was not done. Another staff member at checkout in the morning made a note to investigate but I have heard nothing further.

Everything was very good. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the room size. Rooms are pretty small.
