First stay for us at this hotel. Room upgrade ✅, free parking ✅, 50% dining benefit ✅ but The Ternary not open Monday or Tuesday nights🤷‍♀️, only 1 bottle of water, a nice bottle of red but no other welcome eg. platter , chocolates or even a letter. Have come to expect this as a Platinum member. Obviously not as special being Accor Platinum as it used to be. All staff pleasant, professional and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The only thing that was disappointing was coming back to our rooms after being out for 4-5 hours (arriving back between 2-3pm) to find them not serviced & having to ring Housekeeping, then leave our room & go elsewhere whilst waiting for them to be finished.

Such a good hotel. Its starting to show its age, but its still one of the best family hotels in Sydney. All the staff interactions were great. Breakfast was busy but great. We ate at the restaurant, amazing. Used the tennis court and pool to keep the kids entertained between city visits! Although the pool was on the cool side now its well into Autumn. A heated pool would be such a good selling point. Even the small kids area near reception kept the children entertained while waiting for our room.

Parking was a massive rip off

I paid for parking, $175!!! Then I walked to my car and drove to the gate and it wanted another $19 to let me out!! Very annoyed! Never again
