We stayed for 3 nights. Room was super small. No upgrade and no free breakfast for loyalty member. They did have free parking garage for the loyalty member though. FO team were super friendly, which is pretty rare in Austria.

Due to the full occupancy during your stay, it was unfortunately not possible for us to give you a free upgrade and I would like to formally apologise for this. Of course, our ALL members are very important to us and please be assured that I will speak to my reception team, as a clarifying exchange was definitely necessary here, which did not take place.
