We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again. Lovely to have a bottle of water each day in the room. The room was adequate for our needs everything was lovely and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a towel rail in the bathroom as there is room for one. Toiletries were provided. (Hand soap, body wash and shampoo). We were right by the lift on the third floor over looking the street. There was some noise from outside and also in the room you could hear certain things but nothing was too bad. I do like a dark room and even though the curtains are blackout ones you still get a lot of light around the sides so take an eye mask if this would annoy you. All the staff were amazing. Really happy, friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was self service with a mix of bread, croissants, meats, cheese , yoghurt and fruit. They had the facility to boil your own eggs and make your own toasted sandwich. The staff offered us orange juice each morning which was nice. Constantly refilling the breakfast things and clearing the tables. This hotel is so well situated that we could pop back during the day to drop things off and have a complimentary drink. Again self service to the selection of different teas, coffee and water. They also had a few beers and wines and also food items that you could purchase. One thing to remember is that many of the restaurants you need to book a reservation as they are fully booked. The staff at the hotel very kindly do this for us as our first night was literally walking from one restaurant to another. Many shops are closed on Sundays and late opening on Monday mornings if at all. The hotel will look after your luggage after check out to. A lovely stay. Thank you.

It was a warm welcoming environment. The duplex was just the right size for me. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying, once I got used to how it worked.
