Overall, we have had an nice stay in SO Hotel Vienna. The price is fair if we take into account the value of investment, but from services quality point of view, they need some improvements: more waiters for breakfast, the bar from ground floor to be open at least till 11pm, more cosmetics in bathroom. Much appreciated the Reception staff and night program at 18th floor bar in the night, with a very good DJ.

Well located good connectivity with different locations in the city

I didn’t have safe and intercom working when was given the room though they were fixed later. Also suggest providing a separate kettle to warmup the water as the machine provided just dispensed lukewarm water not hot enough for hit tea. Also there were very limited options for vegetarian breakfast. Suggest some basic Asian veg options for customers from the Indian subcontinent.

Terrible service, sterile rooms

Overall very disappointing - dont know how this hotel has 5 stars. The rooms are sterile looking like a hospital and cheaply made. We asked to borrow scissors and they told us we could only have them for 2 minutes (at 23.00 in the evening) and then took 35 minutes to bring them to the room. Room service takes a long time.
