The welcome I received at the front desk while checking in set the stage for a thoroughly positive experience in Montreal. I don’t often write reviews but in this case I simply must. Took my Mother to Montreal to celebrate her 85th and tour around all the places she used to live, visit when she was a child/young woman; she has mobility issues so we took the train as it runs right into the hotel. The entire staff made my Mum feel very welcome and special; everything was excellent and we felt very at home. Everything was made easy for us and the hotel’s proximity made it convenient to go to a hockey game, dine in Old Montreal and visit the sites she remembers from her youth living in Montreal. Thank you so much to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

I booked a work trip and stayed at the Fairmont for two days. The location was perfect as it was across the street from my office. I didn't spend too much time in the hotel but when I did I was up at the 21st floor gold lounge which was included with my hotel room. The lounge was great with very friendly staff who were quick to pick up on your preferences. Honestly, the lounge made the entire stay at the hotel and I would strongly consider coming back (even though it is quite expensive)

The hotel was ok - good location for our trip but we felt we were being “nickeled and dimed” to death with extra charges for internet and storing our bags for a couple of hours on check out day (we had to check out by noon but had a late day flight). As high-end hotel I would have expected these services to be included. This is the first time I couldn’t access free internet in a hotel in years.
