The room was what we expected in an Ibis with the basic facilities provided in a clean and comfortable environment. There are metro stations very close by. This establishment is good value for the money in a major city. What set it apart for us was the help we received from the staff that made our stay in Madrid memorable.

A mixed bag ... Hotel was slow to reply to my question re getting there from airport I didn't get the room I booked .. maybe the gave me a better one but who knows No welcome drink or loyalty points which is strange However room was a good size for ibis Breakfast was more than decent And staff were lovely Room was
