The hotel provided a commendable experience overall. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff demonstrated remarkable accommodation throughout my stay. Being in close proximity to SM added convenience to my trip, making it easier to explore the area. However, my experience was marred by the unfortunate loss of $300 during my time at the hotel which I discovered during my last night stay. I felt confident that nobody will go through my stuff. The dollars I brought is by batches of thousands, therefore it is easy for me to know if there is missing. It is essential for future guests to exercise caution and be vigilant with their belongings during their stay. Despite the hotel's convenient location near SM, incidents like this can detract from an otherwise pleasant experience. I advise other guests to take extra precautions, such as utilizing the hotel safe or keeping valuables secured at all times. Also, the description “valet parking is readily available” is not correct. Since there is no valet and I had to talk to the front desk after being denied by the guards that there is no parking available many times. At the end, a parking spot was provided.

Can I described my experienced in one of your Function Room instead? The experience with my reservation in Joy 2 or 3 last April 26, 2024 was disappointing. The event coordinator endorsed wrong BEO on the Head of the Waiter/Kitchen, with wrong Room#, set up and Title of Event already posted on the screen. During the event the Head of the Waiter asked for me, as the finance told him that I did not paid the reservation..hayyy.. Also, Our Food was set up along the hallway. Too much pressure on my end as I am the one who reserved and coordinated this very important business meeting with our client. Thank you.
