Not so pet friendly and AC issue

The hotel says it is pet friendly. It gives dog bed and bowls auper nice. However dogs are not allowed anywhere except in the room. Not on the restaurant not even in the corridor or on the longue upstairs. I live in Europe and have travelled more than 10 countries with my dog and i hqve never seen this. Besides the AC was running a lot of water which totally wet my luggage.

Front desk check ion skills were not ideal. Ex. Upon asking for a private space to open luggage and retrieve item (since room wasn't ready) I was presented with the option of opening my bag right there, in the middle of all and everyone. Rooms view was nice, as well as shampoo/conditioner amenities. But that would be it.

The breakfast pastries was like home made, fresh and delicious. The pudim made by the pastry cook Firmino, It was the best I've ever tasted! Variety, quality, fresh . Every morning had a new cake, all Brazilian recipes and perfect with a good cup of coffee.
