Lovely botique hotel central to public transport and the viaduct precinct

Very nice, well appointed room. Friendly customer service and nice small touches. A few amenities lacking, such as no bath in the King Superior Room, and the spa was not available during our stay (closes at 9pm, a bit early?) but that didn't detract from the overall experience. A nice touch was the decor and focus on tea cups.
