Rooms are good, we requested for high rise room and it was given but we are totally disappointed bcoz of a provate party on 2nd day of our stay, we went to terrace to rome for swimming pool but there was a private party going on and we were stopped by their security very rudely, is this the way someone treat with ur guests this was totally ridiculous and in future we are not going to book novotel again. Just for advice, Kindly arrange ur private party in a way such that the guests staying in the hotel will also enjoy there stay as well.
