I needed to ckeck my luggage with the concierge until the event I was attending was over for the day! Phillip Powell the chief concierge made sure I was able to access items in my bag several times, he was patient and smiling not once seemed perturbed or put out. His upbeat attitude and congenial personality made my stay a memorable experience♥️💃🏻🤩

My FIRST FAIRMONT HOTEL EXPERIENCE: From my first phone call to modify my Reservations with Nah-jah, to check in with Jazmin, James @ the Hotel Bar, Vincent in Housekeeping David and Max and Mr Lucas in Concierge, WOW!!! We were treated well by ll of the staff, the rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient to local shopping and dining experiences. The valet staff are very efficient and helpful. If we need to stay in Dallas again, we would definitely consider this as a top contender.

Somewhat disappointed

Room was nice but no usb charging port. Asked for one to be brought to room but it never arrived. Room not made up one day. Never able to set a wake up call, no one answered that phone line. Had to fetch our own coffee pods because room not made up. Requested clean sheets one day and did not get them. They just made the beds with the dirty sheets. For the price of this room, the service did not match the experience. The best experience was with Philip at the concierge desk. He is a real professional. I have a dietary restriction so I ordered a grocery delivery for my room and requested a fridge by taken up. They did put the fridge in my room and then all of my groceries froze. The fridge was defective and I could not use $100 of groceries. This was really unacceptable. They gave me $100 off of a bar tab for the inconvenience but it really was a great inconvenience and it seems that it did not need to happen.

The King suite was very comfortable. It was great to have a separate living/dining area to the bedroom/bathroom. It was spick and span and joked about wanting whoever cleans these rooms to come to my house! Also, very quiet considering its in the heart of Dallas.
