Room was clean but all towels were old and has loose thread hanging out. Room was disappointing for mercure standard always had some bugs flying around, reported to the staff but nothing was done

walls are super thin, can hear noises from next room as well as from the walkway

Well located although room has insufficient hanging space

Your staff are excellent: efficient and friendly. Even though our room wasn't available until after 6pm, I was made to feel very comfortable. I found the room architecture a little challenging: one of the two towel rails was inside the lavatory door. Clothing storage was limited to four hooks with clothes hangers which were insufficient even for our short stay of four days.
