No pool, gym, long stay parking etc etc but for the price for a one night pre-flight stay the price is right.

Had a average meal (seems to have been pre cooked and kept warm for an hour). But still enjoyed it. The girl on reception (Hannah B) was very helpful also the waiter. The hotel was very clean and tidy although the room was large little access to one side of the bed would be difficult for a large person. However, I will be booking a room at this hotel again in the future.

Great receptionist carried my bags. I have mobility probs so a closer room to lift might have been good. ON leaving I was helped by a lady who was cleaning rooms. They both saved my life. Breakfast was excellent and the lady attendant was friendly and helpful. Taxi fare of £20 to T5 was a bit excessive as the reception said it would be just £14-16

Bathroom wasn't clean, restaurant headache

Bathroom had hairs in it, very poor. (can provide pictures) As an Accor Live Limitless member, staff forgot to discount my welcome drink and became a total faff trying to get money back. Further, on multiple occasions when speaking with reception, reception staff spoke to what appeared to be friends sat by the bar while handling me - truly shocking, not getting the basics of hospitality right.
