This is the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. Our first room was shocking. Filthy. Dated. Noisy. Stained. So bad we considered driving home snd coming back next morning for our flight. This room should have not been capable of being let. Spoke to reception who kindly upgraded us to a superior Room. Whilst this room was better. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Furniture was still stained. Honestly I have no idea how hotels get away with charging high prices for this standard.

Such a strange place and staff. Not worth the money. I found them all very distracted, vacant and nonchalant. Do not stay here. I wish I read the reviews first before I booked and stayed. There is a reason why it is so cheap for London . The rooms are old and tired, it is only a franchise of the brand Mercure. It is not part of Mercure’s managed estate. The receptionist is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have encountered in many, many years of travelling the UK on a weekly basis. It is NOT a 4* hotel. A 2* at best. Team need URGENT training and need to be performance managed as they certainly do NOT have the guest at the heart of everything they do. It’s every man for themselves at this B&B.

Reception it’s never available some receptionist don’t even know ALL BENEFITS, Reception will never pick up the phone bar staff does not know English rooms are outdated you can hear any noise made from people above you but do not try to contact reception as they will not pick up you will have to get dressed and personally go out

Ratchanon1201 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I was very disappointed from my stay and mind you I’m a Accor platinum member and paid extra to come here rather than an ibis. However felt it was just like an ibis just a bit more spacious. I had guest knocking my door in the middle of my sleep and when I called the receptionist nothing was done. Wrote an email to Manoj who is the manager, no reply, no call back. The service is pathetic.

Prima voor airport overnachting. Value dor money. Room had a sour smell though. Should not rent it that way to clients. Any personal should have mention it too. Bathroom outdated and mole on showerhead. Room.misses details in maintenance.
