Another great stay at the Novotel New Plymouth. What is important? - Comfy bed, good restaurant on-site, pleasant and helpful staff, cleanliness and location. This hotel aced all of these areas. Will definitely stay again when we next visit.

The staff were fantastic. Starting with Ralph who helped me with my booking over the phone. He is a star when it comes to customer service. Even the restaurant staff were very good. This is the first time i used Novotel and i can assure you that you have many more to come all thanks to the staff . The hotel is clean and well kept. Loved it.
