The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to the old town. The room is basic but has everything you need. The lobby nicer with a bar and nice decoration. Breakfast was very good with fresh cooked eggs. We chose this hotel because we were travelling with a car and wanted parking. There is parking directly outside the hotel and there’s also a shopping centre next door that has parking as well.

Arguing with reception staff

The reception guy was very unhelpful. I had to argue with him about getting the company name and address on the receipt/invoice as he said it can't be done. Every hotel I've ever been, has had no problems with that, so this was just an unnecessary arguing and in the end he managed to do it anyway. Left so bad experience, that I will never stay in this hotel again, and I will recommend my colleagues also not to. Keep hiring Vladislavs kind of staff and soon you'll understand why customers will select other hotels instead...

Everything was at a very good level. The room was clean and comfortable, it smelled nice all around, it was possible to use the SPA area. Breakfast is very tasty with a wide selection of dishes.
