The hotel charged my card AND my partner card for our one night stay so have paid twice.and the hotel not responding to any emails or calls..this was due to a mistake by reception on check in.. disgusting..is now takinhyso much time to try get refund via booking.com..not to mention the WIfi terrible and the Pool pics are fantasy..is only open summer

It was my last night before flying home, so only stayed one night. My room was clean, staff were friendly, it was helpful that there was a restaurant on site. The staff at the bar and restaurant were great. The wifi didn’t work in my room. I could connect in the lobby, but as soon as I got to my room, I could not use it- and important thing when staying overseas. We informed the staff at the desk, but there was no solution. Shuttle once airport costs 6 euros per way- this was not advertised on the site when I booked, and i had booked knowing that there was a shuttle.

Location Good only 5 minutes to airport, Room is not meet my expectation Room is dirty, water is dark. There is cockroach in bathroom. Safe deposit box is broken. No baterai inside So bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE the rooms smelled of mildew and mould, the windows that meant to open do not. WFI does not work any where that I found except the reception area. The reception was no help in this regard. The pillows must be 40 years old. The bathrooms were nice. They have evening meals but does not open until 7.30 pm making it late for a traveller who has been up for days and early departure. walking around there are piles dumped mattresses in view while there maybe some attractions in the area I found none.
