Very nice hotel, near to the citycentre, only few minutes from the metro station. Friendly staff, nice equipped room, very good breakfast. Only you have to take your earplugs with you because the street is very loud and the windows are not the best. There are very thin walls so you can also hear next rooms.

Good overall, despite: - a choc when, while boarding a flight in Bangkok to Barcelona, I hamd an email saying my reservation was cancelled as I didn’t pay while my reservation confirmed that the whole amount due for our stay has to be paid at the hotel. Friendly staff could see the problem and solve it. Administration to follow up on such issue - our room (Privilege) was tiny with very basic equipment. Large terrasse (unfortunately, unusable it rained during our stay)

Hotel is clean and well located, however it was very noisy - the walls and ceiling seem very thin and you can hear everything going on around you. The TV service was also very poor, and room service was lacking.
