We were a young family travelling with 2 kids. The property made sure that the kids were well engaged starting with a nice upgrade to a Lake view with an additional view of the city traffic and the regular hustle bustle which kept the 4 year really intrigued during the day. Parag also made sure that he personally checked in every guest, not just us but everyone sitting at the breakfast table and that speaks about being humble and acceptance of guess feedback which talks vol. of how leadership should be. Great work overall in ensuring that this property works for all kinds of travelers. Just a small suggestion: Please make space for activities such as a games room or an indoor engagement room for kids which will be a huge game changer :)
