Good Hotel. Very Poor Access

This property would easily rate an 8 if your traveling without a car, but no higher than a 3 if your mobile! The location would be great for a city break, but finding and accessing the carpark is awful. There’s no parking or or even 5 min checkin/drop off in front, and no indication of where to go.

Very happy with our stay,the location was perfect for our needs and everything was walking distance. Great to have an apartment especially the washing machine. Apartment was dated and could definitely use a refurbishment but was ok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful,special mention to Amanda who excels in her role.

Nice stay in the city, loved the pool and spa

We enjoyed our brief stay in the The Sebal Quay. A few things that should be noted is that there is no longer any restaurants alliable for Accor members which was a little of a let down. If I was informed we may have picked another room in the city. Car parking was additional cost on top of room and very hard to get to as Roads are one way (quite dangerous to be honest). The Hotel reception road is on yellow lines and was not informed you are allowed to park for 10 mins to check in on the road with yellow lines . This caused us to get stuck in traffic for a further 25mins to get back to The Sebel Quay as I did not stop on yellow line when we arrived. Lovely view from balcony and the pool and spa facilities

Amazing, clean room. We were able to store our bags and roam the city before checking in. & our room was ready early. The receptionist who checked us in was bubbly and very helpful. We had a room with beautiful views and cannot fault the stay at all. Thank you team
