Anytime of the day no one answers the phones…we had to ring using our mobile phones the external number Added to that…mini bar we were charged for items not consumed…just very poor for a Pullman

All staff were lovely, the pillows on the bed were thin as and terrible to sleep on. The bathroom could do with a bit of a renovation. You have 4 people booked into the room and only 2 glasses and coffee cups ?

A few issues. Check in was chaotic and slow. Crack in plaster and stains on carpet in room. Bath/shower taps were loose and cold pressure was not working properly. Expensive buffet breakfast was of low quality and a la carte was combined with external cafe, which meant service was slow for hotel guests. No suitable business centre for meetings.
