I would love to stay again but more to stay at a hotel with airport transport included. A taxi one way on a public holiday costed.$63 with minimal traffic. Overall lovely hotel and staff ie reservations and reception counter.

Held a conference at your hotel, it was received very well by the attendees. They liked the venue and accommodation. The conference and catering staff were excellent. If I have one negative feedback is that outside the conference room was noisy, we could hear everything that went on it the kitchen and hallway. Suggestion is that the wall, doors adjoining the kitchen and hallway be sound proofed.

Weekend away to catch up with friends who live in Brisbane. Location was outstanding, rooms a bit tired. Also had a strange (like cat food) smell come from the vent early one morning. It was unbearable to stay in the room. Lastly we felt the service and communication from the front staff would have been the worse Accor place we have stayed at. Gave no details on arrival, no instructions on break=fast inclusions etc.
