1. At the first breakfast, I made three attempts to get a coffee from the single machine, but I gave up because the queue was so long. At the fourth attempt, I found that the coffee machine was empty. So I had no coffee on that day. 2. My room entry card stopped working twice and had to be reprogrammed. 3. On two of the three nights there was no tooth mug, and so I had to scoop water in my hand to rinse. 4. I could not find an English-language channel (or French or German) on the TV. 5. One of the five coat hangers was missing. I hope that the hotel does not blame me for this and charge my credit card to replace it.

It is easy to access from city center to hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was exactly described in the website. Only problem that I have that other people close theirs door very loudly and sound isolation was not enough to cover that.

Simple and basic hotel. Breakfast was good. But, when it came to the room, the air conditioning was not working. When questioned, staff mentioned that during summer time, the ideal temperature is 25 degrees Celsius and if you try to cool the room down, the air conditioner will not work. Had to leave the window open throughout the night, while exposed to the loud noise from the highway just beside.
