Your reception staff are a credit to your organisation- welcoming, warm and professional. My only criticism is that the room I stayed in was in need of a good dusting- light fittings, bathroom shelves etc

candyNorthampton Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

We arrived early and paid just a bit extra to get in to are room 212 which was king size bed The room was lovely and quirky too It had very high cleaning standards and had everything we needed We stayed for breakfast but I wouldn’t say it was worth the money sorry to say the coffee was rank And wasn’t aware that the lift wasn’t working But thank you to the young lad that assisted us with are cases

Great location in the city centre, helpful staff, only downside was the residents bar closing in my opinion on the early side of 10:00pm

Luke Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We wasn’t told there was work being done to the hotel as there was scaffolding outside our window, on the last night we was there they was making a racket all threw out the morning and early afternoon. The room was very dark even with the lights on and the hall ways stank of cigarette smoke which wasn’t the best when you walk out of your room. We paid over £350 and it definitely wasn’t worth that price from what you get. We was definitely disappointed with our stay and we won’t be back there any time soon. The location was good however the hotel did disappoint us a lot.
