the webite would not accept my member booking, the call centre booked 4 rooms instead of 1 and for single occupancy only, but fortunatley you have problem solver in Weronika Weisniuk who worked to sort out tese problems

Very good location. The hotel was really lovely. Very clean and comfortable beds. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was amazing, so much choice and everything was fresh. Couldn’t fault the hotel.

A 2-night stay, with breakfasts. Jellilat at Reception was very helpful indeed on arrival, and most staff were similarly very good. One little suggestion: since there are few convenience stores near the hotel, carrying a somewhat wider range of snacks and sweets behind the bar near Reception could be quite helpful for guests with late-night, etc., needs for something to nibble on. I have one query on the invoice, which I'll pursue otherwise/elsewhere.
