Nice place with a decent location but noisy

There was a rental on the same floor that had a number of guests that were up all hours (party) that often spilled out into the hall.

Hello I love the location and amenities at your hotel. My issue this time was around the mattress in my room- 318. The mattress has a dip on one side and squeaks like crazy. Thx

Left personal item in room and called once I noticed and informed that they could not find it. Believe that staff should be honest and not keep personal belongings of guest.
