We chose Mercure Sapporo for their rating and Susukino location and were not disappointed. There are many fine restaurants nearby. JR Station is 2 metro stops away and airport bus 5 minutes-walk. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a free expresso machine in the lobby for morning brew. The staff friendly and customer need oriented.

The hotel situated at the area where it’s near the train station and lots of restaurant and shopping area. Easy accessible to lots of places. There’s Sapporo New Ramen Street, nearby the hotel. Will return to Mercure Sapporo hotel for my next visit to Sapporo.

THIS WAS OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME FOR OUR 8 DAYS IN SAPPORO. FRONT DESK STAFF, LIKE YUKI , RIA , KAREN WERE ALWAYS THERE TO GUIDE US AND ATTEND TO OUR QUERIES AND NEEDS. WE CHECKED OUT FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY IN HAKODATE AND CHECKED IN AGAIN. IT WAS EASY AND SEAMLESS. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS FOR JAPAN STANDARDS.
