The room was very good for the price, clean with room facilities and provisions provided on par with premier Inn and travelodge, The staff where very helpful and very nice people, I will certainly look for an Abis as my first choice next time and hope the culture you've created at the Cardiff Abis runs through the rest of the company. A warm welcome as always. Nice room, perfectly adequate. The only thing that has a slight downside is disabled parking. The spaces closest to the entrance are often blocked off with a cone and the others have some cars not displaying a blue badge. Perhaps a notice asking drivers no to abuse this facility?

I found the staff at Newport very welcoming, and always very happy to help. However, the room, although modern, was quite basic, and the bed not very comfortable. I was expecting one of the Ibis comfortable beds. The accessible bathroom was very good, but I found it hard to get the water above tepid.
