We had a small function to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday...about 40 people and the buffet was comprehensive with starters and soups and the drinks menu was very competitive while the service was all super.Very nice ambience and service.def recommend 👍🏻😊

Stayed for 3 nights, which was quite comfortable. It's a budget hotel very near to the Pune airport. The room had all basic amenities for peaceful sleep. Staff was helpful as well. They can however do with improving breakfast quality which currently is quite basic. Overall recommended for a day or two if you want to be near the airport.

Starting with Day 1 before we checked it there is no valet park we have to drop our bags off outside the hotel and go park our cars in the basement. Which is fine but from the basement they do not have an elevator to come up. The basement leads us to the entrance of the hotel. Later we checked in post check in I had a visitor. The didn't allow the visitor to enter the hotel. The wanted her ID proof ro allow her in which is ridiculous. Plus they only accept Aadhar card or driving license. Since she was an NRI she said I have neither but I can give my passport copy. So they didn't let her in. After which we wanted to take a shower before we head out. They gave us an unwashed dirty towel. Late evening once we entered they we got a parking in Basement 2 we're there where all rickshaws parked so we went to them saying we are 2 signal girls it's too risky for us to walk up 2 basements alone at night, since we where planning to go out for a late night. They claim it's for security purpose. So basically the hotel didn't care about the guests security the only thing they cared about is the hotels security. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had I would never book or recommend anyone to book IBIS in the future
