Often here as work trip. Rooms are very clean and have every thing you need. Staff is extremely attentive embracing the the essence of hospitality. A particular thanks to Megan and Lessie for sorting out my breakfast requirement. I really appreciated it!

Best Hotel in cardiff the staff are friendly and I'm glad that Thay let your pets come to stay and its quiet in the night and the bed was really nice to sleep in its really clear and you can by snacks and drinks and the prices are reasonable and there are 2 shops cross the road

Stayed for 2 nights for the Michael Macintyre show and a day of shopping, what I believe was the manager at the desk was lovely and helpful, but one female member of staff in particular didn’t seem very friendly and I felt apprehensive about asking her for help when my room key failed, she seemed annoyed that the key failed multiple times and had an attitude when it worked when she tried it - we were not the only people with this issue Room was small but ideal for our needs, just wish they would have had a kettle in the room but can’t complain it’s a budget so we bought a little one when we were out and about, also the sink and toilet are separate which was a little annoying but again, you get what you pay for, other than that it was close enough to the city centre for us and quiet in the nights.
