I have stayed in other hotels from the franchise but this one is the only without soaps and hair products. I understand if they don't want to give us the hair stuff but soap! I arrived there and I couldn't wash my hands properly. Had to go to a place to buy those things and return.

Good location near coach station but the rooms are very dated and in need of some care, especially the toilets. The toilets are far too small and the check in is always very lengthy. Good breakfast. Also, I’ve found stressful to be asked by email to provide my card number to secure the reservation. All the required details were already held online with booking.com

It is not one of the best cost/benefit but still ok. Modern acommodation, clean. Average service: you must request pillow/bed clothes/towel for the third person in the room upon check-in, otherwise you have to go back to reception after getting into the room. Check-in too long, there was a long queue after our ~20min check-in process. Remote control of the TV with batteries uncharged, TV signal failing quite often.
