On receiving the room I noticed the following: - The toilet was not clean - The table was half dusted - The TV and TV stand were very dusty. And this was not remedied during our stay.

For the first time in my life, in this 4-star hotel I found towels with holes.. The room had old and worn furniture.. Disappointing..

Well located place, next to the train station to Western Australia. Less than 30 minutes walk to Schonbrun palace and in the opposite direction is Ringstrasse in 20 min. My room was convenient and I think it was upgraded to larger one. It was clean and in good condition.
