Pullman Berlin is wonderfully located near the Tiergarten, so great restaurant options. The room was good, and the bed was so comfortable. Then came the breakfast in my short stay... WOW some many options and the little details like sliced ginger and other little touches that made this a champions breakfast instead of an ordinary start to the day or finish to a very short stay.

I am surprised that your staff cannot see what I have purchased and paid for. On the day before check-in, you send me an email that I must check in online. In your confirmation to me after online check-in, it says that my room is ready at 15. I have purchased early check-in at 10! I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. I think that you should make this very clear when booking a room with you. On the last day we could not get access to the room even though I had paid for access to the room at 16. We had to go down to reception and your staff stated that they could not see it directly in their systems, but when they checked elsewhere, they could see it. It seems messy and chaotic that you have no control over what your customers have paid for. I did not expect that from a hotel of your caliber.
