I would appreciate an email address for the Novotel Monte-Carlo . Stayed for 4 nights starting on the 15th April. The first room we stayed in was very basic straight over the hotel entrance. The noise all night was horrendous. Next morning we paid for an upgrade for rest of our stay, additional €50 per night. We were placed in a wet room/disabled style room. The drain in the wet room did not drain away making the toilet and bathroom inaccessible after a shower. The drain then had a back draft smell of urine. Paper cups only in room. Fridge did not cool the complimentary water. Staff at restaurant was rude when enquiring about the menu so did not eat at the hotel. Overall disappointing stay.
