Cleaners did not clean our room and they did not change our towels on one occasion. The heating/ fan system was not working properly. The water in the bathroom in our room stopped working at 11 pm last Friday evening, and we were not told about this. We spend a day at the beach, we needed to take a shower. We got an excuse from the staff( after calling the reception) without even apologising and letting the customers know before hand that in Alfafar they have switched off the water system and the water system will be turned on again the morning. Again I talked to the staff the next morning that it was unacceptable and they did not even apologise. I have never had this unpleasant experience in any other hotel across Europe. Some of your staff team tried to help, and tried to be professional, however some other they did not do so.

Excellent location for an overnight stop enroute to France.

This was our fourth stay here and we paid 112€ for room only which I thought was very poor value for a 1 star hotel. Because I had a problem walking we requested a room on the ground floor which we were given thank you. But room 20 was at the end of the corridor and had an awful view of the waste bins. Also because I suspect it hadn't been occupied for a while the shower drain had dried out and started to emit a pretty nasty smell in the evening. Once I discovered the source of the smell I ran the shower which put water in the drain and stopped the smell, but the smell did linger for several hours after.
