extremely noisy

windows are not sound proof, we can listen to vehicles on road night time - we can listen to the people out side and thier party. i think, there was terrace party where we stayed in first floor. we heard people walking. In the niht, someone smashes the door in the next room/floor and we can feel it loudly in the room and we can feel the smashing vibration in the bed while sleeping. could not sleep for 2 nights. staff is unable to sovle the issue even after repeated complaint. it should be very easy to find out how is smashing the doors from the securty cameras but staff says they don't have aceess. they can not change the room as well. so if the hotel cannot guarantee the safety, there is no point in staying there. even though the hotel is well located, it would not recommened to anyone in future for this reason.
