Hotel was only a short walk from town centre and for the venue for our concert. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful

Check was quick and easy, received keys for the rooms before the stated 3pm check in so that was helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. We were attending a venue 10 minute walk from the hotel so it was a great location for us to save on taxi/uber

We had to book a late stay in Leeds due to my husbands work and our usual hotel was full (another Accor) Everywhere else was over charging due to the Take That concert so we decided to give this hotel a try and we were very happy that we did. We parked directly over the road and booked in by a pleasant young man. The hotel seems quite new and the room was extremely clean, with good bedding and towels. We had a good sleep even though it is directly on a very busy road. It was about 10/15 minutes walk to the centre of Leeds and our restaurant. We’ll definitely be looking to book here (at a reasonable price) the next time we visit.
