The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the hotel had install access card reader in the elevator which improves the overall security and peace of mind for all its guest. The location is at the end of the Silom area which might be a bit far but it guarantees a peaceful sleep at night. The breakfast options were good and very tasty. I hope that the hotel management would consider upgrading or refurbish the rooms as it looks worn out, then it will be a 9 or 10 points experience.
