+ Good location near from Mtr stasion and convinience store. + Man and Lady who incharge in concierge good helper for us coz find us 2 taxi to move to The Silvery M Gallery Hotel. - No staff incharge infront from hotel when we arrived. - No smile and welcome when guest coming to front desk and executive lounge because we stay in executive room - Mattras in executive room it so hard - Breakfast in restauran it so rude except kitchen women incharge. Because help us to get the food cos some of food is empty. - Glass and cutlery have some spot. -
