Well located hotel but with both elevators having technical issues

My check in experience was bad. Card did not work at the room. Got in through cleaning lady. When room door opened the cover of electric panel fell off directly and could not be fixed back. I asked the reception to change my room, which they did. I got another privileged room on 14th floor (1141) and could only use the second elevator on right side. In other elevator the room card did not work for higher floors due to technical issues. Both elevators kept on stopping on 5th and 7th floor, although nobody pushed those buttons. Its because of this elevator technically issues, I will not come back to stay in this hotel. Did not feel safe in the elevators. I had also burst in the room's window and no free water (2 packets) or slippers were placed there which are included in privileged room. Only after calling reception they were send to them. I was only satisfied with the room and breakfast. Area is safe and good to walk around. I stayed few times in Mecure Pamplona but never faced this issues before.
