Sadly we were given a room very near reception on the ground floor, this meant we could hear everything going on. Also people smoking outside our window on a hot night, so that also kept us awake until late. Room was fine, but would ask for one in a different place if l stayed again.

It was bad because of its distance from the city center, the lack of the necessary services for guests, such as luggage transportation, and the lack of the most basic rights that should be provided to members, especially the Platinum Bay level, and there was no interest from the staff.

Excellent service, hygiene and conditions for the paid price. Convenient location with a supermarket nearby. Nice breakfas, with many tastful choices. The staff was friendly and always redy to help you. I would like to turn again with great pleasure.
