Terrible REMOTE Location with scary walking approach road. Even Taxis hesitate to ride with no METRO train access.

1. Location is so remote that even there is no any public tramsport nearby. Only option is use a long distance train station, to reach there there is no proper access road (walk thru the fields without any streetlights or road. Another option is walk for 25 minutes thru a scary renotevroad which the hotel staff otself mention as not safe to walk thru (crossing the railway flyover and and narrow road). Once reahxed, due to less frequency of buses in the route, ends up callingvfor taxis to reach nearest metro or railway statiin. I will advice to take this hotel only if you have own or rent a car or you are willing to spend a huge amount on taxis (consider double the rate of room rent if conmmuting charges are included) 2. Hotel have own set of rules - I booked HALF BOARD. To my surprise i was told that i have a specific amount for adult and half of that amount for 15 year old. Although i had a 2 adult and 1 child of 15 years old. I had to limit dinner within this specific amount else pay the difference (even after being half board paid thru ALL ACCOR APP). I was told that you may cancel the booking if i am not aligned with what the hotel say and not what is mentioned in all accor app. This seems to be a franchise managed hotel under accor brand and cpuld clearly see a difference from all other novotel branches where i stayed in the past. 3. Only consumable given in room is shampoo and body wash. Any other Consumables are not given even on call as well (unlike other novotels or accor brands). We should go to reception and collect any other addiotonal consumables like dental kit, shaving kit, slippers, comb, shoe cleaning kit, earbuds, shower caps etc. Even the house keeping staff is not allowed to issue this as these are strictly controlled and issued onky thru reception on need basis. 3. No water bottles even on day 1 is given to guest who arrives. Insist to buy from the hotel bar. 4. ONLy 1 each of green tea, black tea and coffee bag given for 3 members. This is real shocking as if 3 persons want to have a tea, it is not available. 5. Commuting from and to hotel to city is a pain as the hotel is in a remote location almost 42 kms far from city and 1 hour minimum time required unless we use a taxi which also will take more than 1 hour in busy traffic hours (non peak traffic hours it takes 35 mnts drive)

Restaurant staff were amazing. Giulio was very kind and Mary Lou was always very hard working (I hope I am spelling their names correctly). It would have been better if the reception staff know more about public transport (essentially where to get daily pass etc) and touristic places. One thing to note is that the train connectivity is really bad on weekends but is alright on other days.

The hotel is amazing, but the location is a bit too far from the city and some taxis were not that happy to take our ride to the hotel because of the distance.

Simple 4* hotel. Clean hot rooms. Clean bathrooms. A little far from city centre. if you are without car this hotel will be too far for you. It is ok travelling with family too. it has game zone, fitness zone too. there is a bar with different drinks.
